Leadership doesn't happen by accident
Impact CT prepares emerging and established candidates, campaign professionals, advocates, civic leaders, and community organizers to lead effectively in Connecticut.
Participants gain practical skills in communications, voter engagement, coalition-building, public leadership, and political strategy while developing relationships that strengthen Connecticut’s civic and political infrastructure.
How Participants Are Selected
Impact CT’s leadership programs are built around small, intentionally selected cohorts. Participants are identified through referrals from alumni, community partners, civic leaders, and members of the Impact CT network.
